Charlotte Mokoena was appointed as Telkom' Chief of Human Resources from November 1, 2007. Previously, she was Group Executive of Human Resources from December 2005 to October 2007, Group Executive of the Telkom Center for Learning from May 2002 to November 2005 and Organizational Capability Manager for Coca-Cola Africa from November 2001 to April 2002.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Human Resources Development from the Johannesburg University, a Bachelor of Social Sciences from North West University and a post-graduate diploma in training and performance management from Leicester University.
