Apart from that, it seems these manufacturers are listing specs at opposite ends of the case. That is, highest airflow is when the fan is max'd out, but the sound rating is when they're on their lowest flow setting. Quite evident in that bit-tech review.
The thing I actually liked about those Scythe fans is that they're from an industrial fan manufacturer and you can download actual test and spec sheet. The same for Panaflo fans from Panasonic.
So for now I'm going to stick to fans which have spec sheets and not just adverts.
