Hi Guys and Gals

Not sure if this is the right place for this but I'm stuck!!

I ordered a Dualphone for skype from Chat and Vision 5 MONTHS ago and Still haven't received it.

Is there anyone that could help me with some info - I cannot find any other way to contact them other than the damn online ticketing system!

After many many queries I received a reply saying that the phone was shipped 14 May - 4 MONTHS after date of order!!!!!

So be warned - don't use Chat and Vision!!!!!

Please ANY help will be greatly appreciated

All I can suggest is if you paid by credit card then file with the credit card company and get your money back within a week.

If they shipped it on May 14, then they also shipped Pink Unicorns and Fairy Dust .

Just cancel if you can and get a phone elsewhere.
