If it wasn't so useful then people wouldn't be using it. It not working anymore because it is over capacity does show how groundbreaking it as usage shows it is useful.

My wife (non tech savy) just asked me if I can help her create a questionnaire based off from a policy document she wrote to test people after studying the document.
She asked me if Google could help which I found very funny at first but then remembered ChatGPT.
I decided to first test with a building contract document stored on my PC and this was the result.

I've never not been able to use the service, even with those notices. Just return to the URL for the chat screen and it works from my experience. Sometimes it asks me to log in again.

That would be a bit high for me, for personal use at least. Hopefully it will be a bit less or they will have some sort of pay as you go or pay for credits system.

A free tier and premium tier model would be good
 
No way am I registering for this. You can't register without giving the site your phone number. Hard pass.

GPT3-5 is so extraordinary it has made waves the world over, incl. causing Google to declare code red and Microsoft to scramble to integrate it into all their products. What exactly is so disappointing to you?
