Well, two nights ago Zeus managed to fry my modem with a well aimed, well timed long distance lightning bolt. I am looking to replace. Where do I find the cheapest wireless ADSL modem/router?

not exactly cheap, pretty much a standard price
//edit: my apologies, i posted wired ones give me a sec to look around; yeah that dsl-2500u only has one network port, but that can be plugged into a switch to connect multiple pcs (esp if u have more than 4 anyway)

Also have a look at the D-Link DSL-2500u, which should be available for like R250. The only "issues" that you may have with this router is that it doesn't have wireless and it has only 1x 100Mbps Ethernet port and not 4 like most other routers.
The Mecer router that Turbo_Aspiration suggested seems like it doesn't support ADSL2.

The D-Link 2500U mentioned above is cheap (< R300) but is not wireless, it may however have the added benefit of acting as a surge protector between Zeus' wrath and your more expensive wireless router should the bearded one decide to lightning-bolt your ass in future.

before buying one though, see if you can test with a friend's to be sure Zues didn't cook your network interface too. he likes doing that
