Looking for a cheap SSD for my server. So far I've found a Corsair 60GB LS Series for R594. What do you guys think? Is it any good.

I'll never recommend a 60GB SSD to anyone. 15% of the drive should always be available if you don't want to run into problems. That doesn't leave you much to work with.
I personally like the Corsair SSD's. I have a 1st generation P256 that cost me R10K. Never had a day of issues.
mediaserver. os only. content on platters. 60gigs ample.
A media server OS uses less than 10GB of storage, and that's with additional services and functions also installed. I had a copy of xbmc installed on a 8GB flash drive and didn't have issues at all, for the 2 odd years I used that setup.Including OS patches/updates? It NEVER stays the same. Size issues will arise. Even if it isn't connected to the web, patches/updates is the bottom floor of protecting yourself. Never mind this bit of software, that bit of AV. It's short term to get a 60 GB SSD. Now matter how you look at it.

No way anything more than a 60GB drive is needed here.
Yes, it was connected to the Internet and it was up to date. Was it connected to the internet and was it up to date?
I suppose it depends on how you use it but I'm interested how you used it?

Nice price for a 128 GB but it has crappy write speed.
