Cheap ways to SMS Germany?

Hi guys / gurls.

As some of you know, my GF is in Germany for a year.

We keep in as much contact as we can, but I'm curious to know if any of you know of any sites where I can send her 'free' SMS's (like, say, 5 a day or so) or sites where I pay for say, 20 SMS's or whatever and it's CHEAPER than actually SMS'ing her from my Vodacom number.

Just curious...

If you know of anything, let me know please. ;)
 
I remember SMS.ac used to do it, but I went to the site the other day and damn the man, it's like ADWARE central.

I'd pay the R1 odd... but I'm sorta trying hard to save for driving lessons and ultimately a car.

GF knows this, I just miss her so much! But I still want to SMS/Call her any chance I can.

I'm trying to do both ;)

Sign up for a free account, enter your mobile number in profile, send verification code to your phone, enter verification code in the page, send free SMS's...

Can even go to m.wadja.com on your phone and send messages from there..

Give it a try sending a message to yourself..

90 character limit with a small ad at the bottom that says "FREE SMS WADJA.COM"

But with Wadja you can send SMS's worldwide for FREE..

Good thing is, when she replies to the SMS, it will come to your phone as the recipient on her phone is your number ;)

I probably missed it, because up and till my GF actually left, I was kinda hoping she wouldn't leave, you know, things would happen and blah blah blah.

Seems, I didn't get my wish, now I just have to roll with the punches and make do with the situation I've been given.

That is, not seeing her for a year and SMS'ing her and calling her when we both able (have money) :(

I'm marrying the woman when she get's back to CPT!!! :D

She's too busy to sit on chat... I don't even think MXiT works for overseas people.

Anyways, SMS's are good for now... when she's not infront of the PC, she's out with the friends shes made there, I don't want her to feel like she has to give me attention, I just want to SMS now and again and remind her about how I miss her and blah blah (mushy stuff) :D
 
you better hope she wasn't at Oktoberfest bru ....... my brother was just telling me how many easy SA women there were there this year :eek::D
 
Yes, MXiT works internationaly. My one boss travels to Europe and Africa a lot (yes I know where South Africa is) and he is recommending that we use MXiT instead to contact him.

BTW: On the SMS.ac issue, just google it and check out comments. They no longer operate in South Africa for some time.
