Cheap Web Hosting and Design???

Are there any companies out there that have really caught your eye and stuck in your mind because of excellent service and pricing when it comes to web development and hosting?

What are you looking for in terms of hosting and design? Do you have a budget?
 
I would recommend that you use different companies, for example one that specialise in web design and another that specialises in web hosting. Most web hosts would simply outsource the design element anyway.

What he said. I simply recommend the host I use to clients (obviously I'm happy with mine, or I'd move); there's a link on my site - I try not to get involved in hosting myself beyond that. Web Dev is complex enough as it is.
 
Just Comparing

Well, I am not looking for a site to be done for me. We are a Web Hosting Company and Web Dev Company and really just want to offer really good hosting prices. We have our own server in the USA, it just seems that everyone that offers, well not everyone but most companies use other local companies, who use other local companies... catch my drift.

Our rates are from R60-00 per 1G to R689-00 for 40G. In the above where users use others and so on, pricing gets quite high and was just wondering how these companies make money or do they just offer it as a service and not for profit?

Please share your thoughts on our pricing, sometimes I think it is too low and sometimes I think I should put it down.

Same here. I recommend (or politely enforce? :p) the use of my host to all clients. I don't want to play in the hosting game...

also, just out of interest sake. as a web development company (you really have to choose your specialization) we usually offer our clients free hosting. Providing they use our services obviously. If they choose to pay for hosting and get other people to work on their sites, no problem. We're game for that. However, our main focus was web dev with extra added benefit of hosting web and email for you.

haha you may be shock, it was a demostration for guys that wanted thing for free! This what you get for free

Web developer is ten time ( 10*) better

That is just how Publisher does it. And we all know that Publisher is the best tool in a web designer's toolkit :rolleyes:

There are some really gash websites out there, but that may just be the worst.
 
Oh, didn't even see that there was a site on it, I only saw the advertising... even the advertising had advertising
