I bought 2 of them last week. Actually really enjoy them, 10" and they have 3G as well as a quad core.

I have no idea of what price range is acceptable for you. How mucn it exactly costs you that you will think it is the cheapest? But you can check what Kingsbuying provides. I got one 7 inch there for quite an affordable price about $80. It seems that it provides 10 inch tablet at a price range from $90 to $400 mainly around $150.
