You can find some on Bidorbuy but all Android 2.3. Esquire have their Geeko for about 2.5k that includes 3G

proline mirage is about 2k if find shops with stock still.

1gb ram
16gb mem
10.1 1280x800
sd card up to 32gb
honeycomb 3.2
3g built in, though does not do 900mhz so for 3g use vodacom/mtn

I bought mine directly at pinnacle for 1.8k.
