Cheapest business uncapped ADSL

What I found the other day is:

If you are not using a lot of BW, one can get 10Mbps + 100GB of data for R697. For that much you are getting 4Mbps uncapped.

Small office can work with 100GB no problem. And that is capped product so no shaping
