Cheapest/low power device to run Plex server?

I've got my RPi Jellyfin server up and running and it works flawlessly on Apple TV/iPad/iPhone.
It’s such a great solution because Rpi are cheap and only use 6W of energy going full tilt.
I run it off the same mini router UPS as my 4G router.

I use Swiftfin as the client and Vidhub is another good free app.
It’s awesome, remembers all my play positions and serves it up in such a nice interface.

Fsck me, I tried to set up an oracle server for RustDesk. Fokken grieks.
You mean the plex server is free or the oracle account is free? How?

Any video player peeps use on Android? Needs to connect to Plex and have playback speed controls.

At this point I might have to write my own app to do this :(.

Edit : And not VLC!

Yes but you don’t need a server and keep it online. Apple’s walled garden doesn’t allow piracy apps.
I need an Android app for my Plex server. Not additional apps that won't work with it kind sir.

Let me give Kodi another look, haven't seen what it looks like on Mobile for a few years

VidHub for Apple (iOS/iPadOS/TvOS). https://okaapps.com/product/1659622164

It can connect to Emby, Jellyfin, Plex
Also: Local Folders, SMB, WebDAV and some cloud drives: Aliyun, Baidu Netdisk, Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, Premiumize and some I've definitely NOT heard of before.
