An email was sent yesterday to rpm after he stated the reasons for our exclusion in all articles to a customer of ours who happened to relay this to us.

I am awaiting a formal reply and rectification of the falsehoods being perpetuated by MyBroadband about Crystal Web as they are wholly incorrect, and are hopefully simply an oversight on MyBroadband's part, in which case they are easily rectified...

Even if we re-sold accounts (which we don't), the precedented and current inclusion of ISPs with account reseller business models would invalidate that excuse...

We've never released our subscriber numbers. If we did that statement could be very easily proven incorrect though.

But if that were the "requisite" it could easily be requested by any publication, and same would have to be requested by all ISPs...

Your comment got me thinking...

How many unique customers does each ISP have (excluding their internal accounts)?

Who is the biggest ISP (without counting accounts of theirs that are resold by another ISP)?

It's been a very long time since I saw these type of numbers so that's maybe something that MyBB should be trying to source...

How does Crystal Web's uncapped account (normal - not premium) compare to other providers in terms of QoS? They are very well priced.
 
Please help: If I subscribe to one of these services, is the word price the on my price I pay or do I have to pay Telkom a separate account (assuming I don't b even have a landline)? If so, how much would it be.?

From next month I'm paying R209 for a 4mb shaped uncapped line through Openweb. Seems to be considerably cheaper than any of the packages mentioned here.
