Cheapest Wireless keyboard and touchpad for Android tablet

Anyone know where to get the cheapest wireless android keyboard and touchpad. I saw one for +-R450. Also what app can I use to connect to my tablet(Galaxy 10.1) from my S4 Mini - I only want to use my S4 as a mouse and keyboard.
