I noticed a debit of R11 on my Rewards statement this month. During a lengthy conversation, the consultant explained that the correction was to compensate for an erroneous reward percentage of 6% instead of 5% for Sasol transactions during November 2015. Calculating the difference doesn't add up to the amount subtracted. I know it's only a small amount but it meant that for the first time in about two years I'm loosing out after the monthly fee was deducted. Still awaiting a detailed explanation of how the correction was calculated.

This has been happening to me month on month, actually need to cancel, just don't see the point when they just deduct and you can only use R100 minimum to do anything with the account.

Why do you say R100 min?

Hey kosmik long time.

Whenever I try do cash rewards, if it is under R100 then it gives me error.

Edit:apologies they must have fixed it, just transferred R88

I only see one deduction for the last six months, maybe they singled you out! BTW, I usually convert between R60 - R70 p/m to Pick 'n Pay Smartshopper points, earning an extra 15%. Then, when I spend it at the shop, I get another 1% shopper points. Maybe there's a R100 limit on converting it to other benefits, I never used those before.

Could be that, I generally earn through fuel and not shopping. Thanks for the info will pass it onto the misses.

Lol yep has been a while. The only time I had an issue was transfering below a rand or I think R10. That was fixed a while ago.
