We have an online E-services thing. Problem is it gets delivered.

Impressive. I was away for 6 months, and had received 0 items in the mail when I arrived back home.
None of my monthly bills, or anything else arrived.

I think they've just given up on delivery these days.

I get stacks of mail monthly. Maybe your local postman is lazy.

Now you have to bring proof of address which turned out to be an extra PITA since I get all the accounts but the cars are registered in my missus' name. SAPS was accommodating enough when it came to signing the affidavit.
