I ordered a new contract via VC direct and i was wondering if there is a place i can track the progress? I did not recieve a reference number as the consultant said it would be smsed to me. Anyone had any experience with this?

You can call 0821950 which is free from a Vodacom phone , give your ID number and they will be able to provide you with the information you need.
