Checking your airtime on Cell C Sucks!

Here's what happens when you try to...(Contract BTW)

1.) You go online and the site does not open.
or
2.) You go online, the site opens, you enter your details...and..err...nothing happens.
or
3.) You go online, the site opens, you enter your details...and you get a white screen.
or
4.) You go online, the site opens, you enter your details...and your account is temporary unavailable
or
5.) You go online, the site opens, you enter your details...and your account is incorrect

so you decide hell...WTF!...the online thing sucks...let's just check it on the phone...

6.) You call 14302 and nothing happens
or
7.) You call 14302 and you hear "beep beep beep"
or
8.) You call 14302 and you hear nothing
or
9.) You call 14302 and you hear the following (Your account is not accessible at this time
or
10.) You call 14302 and you hear the following (Due to a high volume of calls when cannot retrieve your account information)
or
11.) You call 14302 and you hear the following (Due to a high volume of calls when cannot retrieve your account information and we suggest you sms "BAL" to 14302

fine!!! i'll sms them!

12.) You sms "BAL" to 14302 and recieve no response
or
13.) You sms" BAL" to 14302 and recieve a message stating...account information not accessible....

ahhh....I Hate CELL C!!!
 
Cell C's billing runs during the first 7 (it could be 10) days of the month "causes" their "balance line" 14302 and account details on their site to be unavailable.
[This is pathetic yes]
Make a note of checking your minutes very early on the morning of the 1st of every month. The balance line still seems to give your balance then.
 
Cell C Airtime Check Part 2

Okay...fine...I did the sms "bal" to 14302 thing again...and now I get a report back that states "message could not be delivered"...but I can send sms's to everybody else......whatever Cell C....so after going back to the website option again i've managed to log on....after alot of swearing....and guess what,It's still messed up!! Free minutes remaining = 0 Minutes, Free sms remaining = 0 Sms's and next debit order amount = R0.00...err whatever...it's more like R800....jeez I never had these problems with my other MTN simcard before....well thank heaven for MNP....cheers Cell C and your stupid adverts...I'm going to the Y'ello side :)
