Headstrong.
The chillispot daemon is what is installed in dd-wrt.
You need to understand how chillispot works.
Your wrt needs dd-wrt installed and configured with the chillispot configuration of the raduis server.
Then you leave the wrt wifi unencrypted. ( for now, i recommend leaving it unencrypted, but if you want you can secure it later but the chillispot will prevent anyone without a password access to the net anyway..)
On the radius server you create user accounts.
if you have everything configured correctly, when you try browse to any website the wrt will AUTOMATICALLY redirect you to https://66.150.225.159/cgi-bin/hotspotlogin.cgi, where you need to authenticate with the accounts you created on the radius server.
then it will allow access on that user name and password.
you will get the error that tells you that you need to use the daemon if the wrt doesnt re-direct you automatically to it. (IE you musn't browse to that site because it will happen automatically by the chillspot daemon when you try browse to any site.)
But only if you have put in all the details correctly.
Im sure you are close , but maybe you just need to troubleshoot it a bit more.
