Penicillin, one of the first and still one of the most widely used antibiotic agents, derived from the Penicillium mold.

In 1928 Scottish bacteriologist Alexander Fleming first observed that colonies of the bacterium Staphylococcus aureus failed to grow in those areas of a culture that had been accidentally contaminated by the green mold Penicillium notatum. He isolated the mold, grew it in a fluid medium, and found that it produced a substance capable of killing many of the common bacteria that infect humans.

Australian pathologist Howard Florey and British biochemist Ernst Boris Chain isolated and purified penicillin in the late 1930s, and by 1941 an injectable form of the drugwas available for therapeutic use.

You actually admit what I said was factual.
factual that "events happened", it has f-all bearing on the motivations and root cause of those events

you're conflating reporting of events after the fact with some non-existent vincidation of what motivated said events

Narrow confused milk with penicillin. :) Pasteurisation is a thing, all thanks to a Frenchman, and also a Westerner.

some Johnny come lately that refines and defines exactly what a much earlier discovery meant does not become the "discoverer"

Your own link disputes your assertion...

It has also been asserted that Pasteur identified the strain as Penicillium notatum. However, Paul de Kruif's 1926 Microbe Hunters describes this incident as contamination by other bacteria rather than by mould.[16]

"you moron"

Yes, yes, you are.

Selective reading eh?

Flemming's discovery was intentional, he is considered the father of penicillin, no matter how much chest thumping you're going to do. lol.

The notion of motivation that you've conjured seems to lack a factual basis and appears to be entirely subjective.

Narrow, you or someone showed an apparent list of US bombing targets. I just pointed out that the US is keeping millions of people alive around the world. It's relevant to this. The Russians have killed 2 million Afghans and they have given us jack squat. OK, a Russian did discover the prodrug of Amiodarone but neither he nor Russia went with it. It was for America to turn that into a good medicine to keep hearts beating regularly.

lmao it confirms, the mechanism correctly identified, even if ultimately inaccuracies are contained

the first caveman to discover fire didn't exactly have the words for "Blitz firelighter" either, 'ol Thag still gets the credit

Yes, yes, you are.
your mirror monologues remain priceless, never change!
