chioce of GPU'S

I have narrowed my my choice of GPU's between two cards,
the first is == Nvidia 260 GTX 1792MB.
the second is == Nvidia 275 GTX 896MB.
There is only about a R76 price difference between the two can i please get some advice from you clued-up guys about the choice to make.

I would take this

why anyone would take a 896 mb DDR3, old GFX card above a newer 1GB, GDDR5, DirectX 10.1 Vapor X Cool HD4890 is above me.

especially if the 4890 only costs like R2200 now.

as for your GTX choices then, i'd go for the GTX275. faster clocks > slower clocks + more Ram.

i agree that ATI would be a better choice for you,

but of those 2 its the 275 no question.

u only need more than 896mb of memory if ur playing at enormous resolutions.

clock speeds are the most important factor to consider.
