So after being poisoned by a Shwarma, I have found out that I have high cholesterol :(
Total Cholesterol 6.2
LGL - 2.1
HGL - 4.1 :(

I have to get the HGL to below 2.5 and the total to below 5.

So everyone is telling me to cut out everything I love. Biltong, eggs, red meat.
Eggs are supposed to be a huge no no. but I seem to have read somewhere that its a misconception? Can anyone clarify?
And I'm supposed to get more exercise, :wtf: ITS WINTER! I hibernate in winter.
:( suppose I will forgo the cart and get a caddy instead on Sunday...

I'll send BF he found out the same yesterday.
