Christmas bonus

Don't know if I will getting a bonus, but the following rules apply when I get one:

1. Pay off short term debt (credit card, studies)
2. Repairs at home
3. Pay-off of long term debt (house)

F 13th cheques... Its all about performance bonuses that are between 50%-150% of your total annual CTC. Thats how all bonuses should be.

I didn't get a Xmas bonus... but my tax refund finally came through All of it went into my credit card though.

I got 80% bonus , which I'm happy for. Paid off the little i owe on credit card , gave some money to my mom. Will maybe buy a small option Sony PS. Will spend rest later on GF.

+ tax refund in November , made up for the missing 20%.
So I can be very grateful and have no complaints at the end of 2011.
