OP says he has acid reflux, most people take antacid tablets which is quite the wrong thing to do. Sufferers don't have enough stomach acid to digest their food so upping the acid is the way to go, not suppressing it.

Understood, however the acid reflux is a part of the ehlors danlos syndrome, I didn't know that I had it until I went to an ENT for sinus problems, when he put the camera down he showed me how burnt my esophagus was, apparently my nerves have been burnt so I don't feel the "heartburn" but I do get very sore throats from the acid burning my throat when I sleep...

Smoking it is not going to help. Hemp pills neither.
I have a degeneration of the lower spine - used to put me out for a week. Want in cannabis oil 3 years ago for cancer and have never had a relapse with my back again.

Have you got xrays of your back?

Go see a sports chiro. He/She might not want to work on your back. But they know bones and muscles and should be able to advise you on how to care for your back, and how to strenghten the muscles.

Thanks for this, yes I do have xrays as well as an angio that I could use,

Find oil.....I get scanned twice a year (for my cancer) - they've noticed a deterioration in the lower back over the years but I have had absolutely no pain ☺

It's about relaxing everything while sitting or even laying down so a good mattress could also go a long way.

You don't need to smoke it.

the problem is you're smoking it. way too harsh on the lungs. I'd recommend edibles or vaping it. Much smoother and you can manage your pain much easier. If you can get your hands on the oil, even better. I've been on medication before for my back and you get so used to it you have to keep upping the dosage, not with chronic

What's the difference between the cdb and thc oils?
Where can you find a reliable source

It's vile tasting but not inedible - some people don't mind just swallowing it. I take a pin prick every night (some people take more). I get expired capsules, empty them and put the oil in there and swallow with water.
It relaxes me and helps me fall asleep. Yes, you can get very high on it if you take too much.
 
Try horsetail tea (not more than 5 days) and horsetail cream, as well as lots of vitamin C). It's supplementary therapy and not meant to replace medical care by a healthcare professional.
