im in the process of purchasing a roadster, any advice on if its problematic,im not a chrysler driver,my first time be owning a chrysler, will appreciate any feedback:)

nooo, chrysler does not have a bad reputation.. a chrysler is an excellent car, we've got a grand voyager, third one now, never had any problems, merc dealership has a really good standard of service. Now the crossfire, looks like a good car, but the resale value, uhm... ja. are you buying a new one or a demo model ?

You're on to your third voyager? How long do you keep a car on average? You can't really talk about reliability in a car unless you hang on to it for a decent period of time (4 years or more/150000+ km).

I know nothing about the Crossfire, but I have heard people call it a Missfire

Nah rather get a RX-8. Personally i just dont trust american cars

RX-8... max RPM all the way ftw!!

IMO,
Rather get:
1] Mazda RX8 - Rotary egine's FTW!
2] Honda S2000 - Handless wheelspins "thanks to Jeremy Clarkson"
3] Nismo/Nissan 350Z - V6 powa!!

I have no problem with american cars, just not a big fan of the crossfire (looks) but I cant comment on the mechanical side of things

I'd go for a TT roadster if it was my money... I have been told that the crossfire is based on a Merc SLK... maybe previous model? Check out the Cartoday.co.za forums... lots of car buffs there :D

Buying a 2nd hand car that depreciated heavily is sometimes a good buy cause it is great value for money :D

An S2000 is also a great car :D If you come across a black S2000 for a good price, be skeptical - I know of one that is for sale that was in a huge accident... May the previous owner sign that is was not in any large accidents.

well the first one my parents bought when i was like a year old, second one my parents bought when i was about five, then we sold it in 2001, that was about 5 - 6 years, and we've got the latest one since last year april.... first 2 chryslers were petrol, now its diesel and its really not that bad...;)

Ok. I thought you meant you personally had 3 voyagers. I get it now, thanks.

If you want a Crossfire, I'd rather buy a SLK 32AMG its basically the same thing without the shame of owning of a Chrysler.
