Why would something well designed and appealing suddenly look awful just because ten years have passed? Good design is good design.

Things change. What looked good ten years ago may not look good now. For example 80's fashion .. great back then, not so much today. Same applies to Apple II computers; back then, they looked awesome. Not so much today...

Each to their own I guess, not that many cars that "turn me on" nowadays, pretty much everything just looks meh

That's like when the Toyota 86 was being released, looked pretty awesome, until I saw the inside :sick:
