I tried to complete online application to amend directors to our private company yesterday. Each time I complete a directors details and I try to save I receive this message: The director's ID does not match the surname. I then check again to see if information was captured correctly and of course it was. So, I tried today. Same response. No explanation. Tried calling them on all available numbers to no avail! What do I do? Is anyone else experiencing similar problems. What do we do?
