I have found that a lot of traffic is being blocked to telkomsa.net and a few other domains.
I cannot traceroute from some ISP connections to mx2.telkomsa.net or mail.telkomsa.net.
There seem to be large IP ranges blocked from reaching telkomsa.net mail servers.
This is a problem that I cannot seem to solve - My IP is not blocked on on an SBL.
It means that I cannot send email to anyone on the telkomsa.net domain, and it means that a mail server that I administer has THOUSANDS of clients that cannot send email to anyone with a telkomsa.net email address.
Does anyone know who I can contact to whitelist my server (or better still, not block large IP ranges from various ISPs from routing through cipherwave.net routers?
