It doesn't - it's illegal (with "religious/cultural" exceptions, and of course, for legitimate medical reasons (though I bet many docs twist that one)).
 
Clearly this is such a sensitive issue. But guys, sorry for opening a can of eworms here, I decided to keep it natural as it was intende to be. Fisrt of all, I dont think I wil be abe to bear the pain, then that non-action 6 weeks and ofcourse the whole idea of mutilating myself - I can do it!!

And wifey likes me hooded anyway! Yay!

The Jews and Muslims are doing it for more than 5000 years, and I do not know one of them complaining about the enjoyment of sex. Why do you think they like more than one wife? If it interfere with your sexual ability, then they would not want to have as many children as they have.

Agree - it should be by own choice.
A friend of mine heard that getting cut would desensitise it and result in prolonged fun - he reported that it worked.

I think female circumcision is the worst form of abuse in this regard.
 
Female circumcision is Mutilation! as they don't get any enjoyment!!

Male Circumcision isn't that bad, i used to hate being cirumcised but eventually just got used to it, you can actually get your prick only half circ'd meaning its covered while flaccid and open when erect...

Some people actually say there is no difference, chances of getting aids is less because how sure can you be you'll clean down there properly with a hood?
 
That’s why they do it when you are small. Like tonsils. Then you don’t remember when you are older...;)
