Have had slow access since yesterday. Got the port reset twice, but no luck. Logged an official fault this afternoon and was told DSLAM is down. Again. Was down 2 weeks ago which left us without access for 3 days. I hope this is not a repeat. Sent a PM to @telkomza this morning but no reply yet.
 
Hi This one seems to be down again now.... my router is saying "Not configured" under the connections tatus....
 
Been down since yesterday. Intermittent connectivity, but when it's up, it's extremely slow. Cannot even open speedtest. I hope like heck it's not like this for the weekend :(
 
Thanks to TelkomZA, I got sorted. Turns out my MWEB account was throttled - despite the call centre telling me I was not. TelkomZA kindly supplied me with a Telkom test account, which was absolutely flying. When I called MWEB again to explain that the test account was working well, the (different) call centre agent confirmed that my account was throttled. Have done quite a few digital purchases on PS4 and Xbox One this month (games easily 20-30 gigs), trying to take advantage of my "uncapped" account. Doh! There endeth the lesson kids.

Just saw this, and yeah, my internet has been fine. There was the short while a week back where my internet went down but it went down for a lot of people in Cape Town. I think it was a Friday night or something. Otherwise the exchange has been fine.
