Well, it doesn't matter, because if you renew your contract before March, on the 2GB Package, you will get the 2GB's + 64K throttle AND a Wifi Router for R239 per month (24 Months).

I say this because shortly before this fiasco he "threatened" (in precisely the same way I might add) to remove the softcap after some complaints.........well we all know how that turned out.

Also just for what it's worth Peter, in regards to your earlier posts about "20GB abuse", iBurst don't actually pay per GB. They pay for throughput (like 100mbs split among users). So a 64kb user getting even 200000gigs a month wouldn't technically matter (albeit impossible) what matters to their system is when that user gets speeds higher than 64kb and compromises their contention ratios thereby lowering the already abysmal performance. So the REAL issue for iBurst here? Their flawed throttling system that conked out all the time (and that admittedly could be.........encouraged..........to do so). If they fix that (unlikely since it's been this way for YEARS) they wouldn't even have to worry about "fair use".

(Forgive me if you already knew that and I come across as a lecturing loon though)

Well, its not up to me I'm just a benefactor(although we havnt had a bad experience with iBurst yet), but hearing from iBurst that we'll be getting a Wifi Router, 2GB's AND the 64k access for R239 on a renewed contract seemed fishy to me. So I just needed to confirm whether it was the case. And since none of the iBurst Rep's have denied this, I guess its true, Renewing your Contract means you get the 2GB's AND the 64K!!!
