Rotten.

It does depend on who the parents are though and their attitudes. If your parents are famous it's less likely anyone will make fun of your name, and parents can make their children fiercely proud of their unusual name. Someone had to have made up the names we consider sensible anyway, and names go in and out of fashion.

Clarkson is a knob head. And he should be more intelligent. He should know that calling his black dog after a black jock will get him labelled, and frankly it's not a decent thing to do to call your dog that. He makes his living at the BBC, which is a left leaning organisation, he should deal with a typical left wing shaming.

A family member, who is a boxing fan, named one of his dogs Tyson, after Mike Tyson. Another family member named her male and female dogs Caesar and Cleo respectively after the famous historical couple.

Folks need to get a grip and move on.
