I haven't really performed intensive research to find those, so there might be better options out there.

Take it from me !!! if you can get a Kingston SDC10/16GB 16GB microSDHC (no SD adapter) @ R296.22 buy up all they got as there is no ways you can get that price anywhere in the world.
just double check with Kingston Europe and they confirm that the price is impossible

Yup @ Esquire. All the other retailers are selling it for like R600+.

I'm now wondering it it's not a fake one like the Transcend 32GB flash-drives that they're selling on the streets.

Perhaps we should contact Prophecy Shop just to double-check. I'll try to do that just now.

Interesting !!! even after they were made aware that the price is wrong they continue to advertise the same on their website , someone should order 10 units and see if they honour that price.

I've always used Kingston cards, probably the best on the market at the moment? Also tried the following over the years: aData are OK, SanDisk are fine as are Transcend

Not really. The Class # are linked directly to performance so there isn't much room for shortchanging.

It does become a problem with usb sticks...lots of stunts they can pull there so brand & model do matter.
