Class Action Suite

Ok, fine so i did get pissed off at Ibursts stupidity. Can you blame me for what they have done. There huge unneeded costs, there refusal to respond and refusal to stake calm to some degree of fault on thier behave. I would love to get my Iburst fixed becasue i just dont have the money to get DSL after what i have payed to get Iburst. I understand that there are afew people who gett brilliant service from iburst, but you must understand that some of us dont get close to good service from them.
 
U, Dagga I dont think that your expierience is what most Ibursters get, some have bad siganl or a congested tower. But your kind of speeds are a problem somewhere in the setup. Could be Ibursts fault but I really dont think there are alot of people with a simliar speed and problem. They would have cancelled or got it sorted out by now.

And did your mom help you write that? haha jokes.
I know your just lazy to write proper replies and stuf, plus our school does suck.

More like your mother does not have the money. Or do you work part time to pay for Iburst? :D

If you used the same tone as you used on the forum no wonder Iburst did not respond.:rolleyes:

Sue them the legal fees will be much more than R4000.
 
I get pissed off when i get screwed over like Iburst are doing. What would you do in my situation,sit back and pay the R700 pm or try and get it sorted.

I really find it strange that your month to month contact was not cancelled even after a 30 days notice.

Thanks Kevin but i have spoken to afew people and i would like you to NOT cancel my iBurst yet. I have gotten some help from someone who seems to have found out the problem. If we can fix it i would prefer to stay on as an iBurst subscriber, but in the case we cant ill have to contact you

Quinn if you find the fix, then post it on the forums hey.. could help out others like you. you know.. put something back int o the community. Youve obviously never had to do community service b4..

Plus it could even help me get slightly better speeds.
 
Well walter you should know i do communtiy service almost everyweek. As far as i can tell is that there is serious obstrutions infornt of my anthea, so i got to move it higher up.
 
What is it? the intrusion I mean..

might be effecting me too just a little bit..

and kyle has tons of chainsaws if you want to cut something down.
 
i think we get alot of chainsaws and just cut a nice care path all the way to the tower. btw im only 3.2 km awya from it so its not far
