How do I go about cleaning the printer? As you can see there is a lot of blue where there shouldn't be...

As long it doesn't affect printing quality, don't clean. If you have to do it yourself, download service manual. There is instruction how to do it. Important: don't touch with your fingers fuser roller.

Take it outside ... use the high pressure washer to give it a good clean. Dump it in the bin afterwards and go buy a better printer ... :p

An anti static vacuum, and while you at it, install a maintenance kit (every 300k pages).

Remember to replace the cyan toner.

Unless you recently printed 500+ pages with lotsa cyan on it, the probable cause of the problem is a faulty toner spilling.
