Hi,
I recently bought a laptop from the USA. Someone who didn't know what they were doing accidentally set a CMOS password, thus making the laptop completely unusable.
I took it in to Toshiba (their agent here is Mustek) to get it reset, but they have had it for over 3 weeks now and claim they are having difficulty getting permission from the USA to reset the cmos password.
It's actually getting redicules and I need my laptop back up and running.
Does anyone know of a computer repair place that would be able to rest the cmos password for me?
