Ok today is not a good day for everything is going wrong. I installed Clear sky, looks like a awesome game getting 45fps in this one scene. I forgot to save and I died, had to restart. Now at the same scene im getting 20fps :O

I didnt change a single setting and now all of a sudden I have a performance decrease like ive never seen before. Has anyone else experienced this? It cant be my PC cause very other game is running 100%.

WTF kinda stupid game do they make so that when U quite and come back in you get a performance decrease. HOW LAME!!!!
Just for experiment sakes, I put the settings on the lowest it can go... Im still getting 20fps at that scene. HTF can it go from 45fps to 20fps without changing a single setting?? I dont understand, really this is utter Horse. :mad:

:$ Havnt patched yet but surely a patch wouldnt be the cause, it was running perfectly the 1st time i ran it with DX10 on, I quit the game got something to eat, came back into the game and ive lost 25fps. I dont get understand
 
Get the latest patch buddy and make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your PC.

I have CS and it works fine but that's also because I have the latest patches installed.
 
OK ill do that thanks for the help guys. Ill only be able to play it properly next month then, only 800mb Cap Left :( and I need it for other stuff cant run out before end of month.
 
hmmmmmmmmm this is really strange... go back into the game cause I need to play cant wait... and now ive got 45fps again :eek:

Yoh yoh wierd but ill download the patch thnks for the help guys idk wtf this game likes and wants hehehe
 
are you not switching between DX9 and 10 without realising (or it's doing it itself as a glitch) and that's what's causing the different fps?

No ways, When I first run the game I put it in DX10 mode, restart the game and played havnt changed a settting since. It looks as though its in DX10 mode with the 45fps. So so Wierd

Ive got to the Outpost to help Guard, Now what? im there and nothings happening. Lol im stupid.

hehe, don't laugh, it's done weirder things of it's own accord .....

been a while since I played, which Outpost to help the guard?
 
The first mission, when you wake up in Clear sky and they send you to a Outpost... Ive killed a couple of creatures but now nothing happens afterawards, and when I push F to talk to the dude in the tower, nothing happens :rolleyes: lols other than that im quite impressed with the Visual Quality, but wish the AA was genuine AA.
 
oh that ...... after a few minutes a big ass anomaly happens ...... just pot mutant beasts from the tower until it happens.
 
I have a possible explanation: time of day (in game of course :D)

sunrise will see 20fps in an area, but when the sun is higher in the sky 50fps. This is reported by other gamers as well.
