Been like this for over two weeks now...
Not sure if just me or the same for everyone.

Mine has never shown anything other than "Currently unavailable".
 
Not like the good old days when reps would reply almost within the hour :(.

Mine still says the same, just thinking is it perhaps only available for fibre or adsl accounts and not for Rain?

Correct yes. Rain's manages their data where Afrihost manages the data for their own ADSL, mobile and Fibre products. There used to be a graph for Rain but as it was updated incrementally it was not accurate so it was removed.

It is in the design for the app so it will be added at a later stage. For more information, you can take a look at the browser version of our ClientZone.
