My original intention when I posted in this thread was to offer advice to some prospective applicants to this position/employer. It's escalated far beyond that due to his attitude. He will ruin his own reputation.

To anyone applying for this: Ensure that your contract states AA rates for fuel,wear and tear- Not just fuel. Don't get burned by him like I did.

Oh and btw, I'm still waiting for the re-imbursement for said fuel claim. I've given up on getting anything out of this guy.

I've noticed it especially when I was working in IT - JHB/PTA companies outsource CPT guys, JHB guys charge (example) R500 a hour - they then pay the CPT guys R200 a hour and expect you to drive all over the bloody country. They make a fortune, you make nothing.
