Not sure about the passing out bit. But the internal prostate orgasm is a fact. A guy can have multiple orgasms that way.

I came once with a guy just using a finger (I was exclusively top back then) But that was not a what people are talking about though cause it was a normal ejaculation. Was pretty intense, but I did not go "WTF just happened!?" I have read about these internal orgasms for guys that they apparently tend to be dry, and your entire body is involved. Would not mind me some of that! :D

Yeah the normal ejaculation ones are different. The internal ones you can come more than once without any ejaculation. But the ejaculation one that comes after that can be pretty intense.

Apparently the Aneros is great for 'dry' orgasms.

I dont think you can have one of these as a top. The penis is not involved at all as far as understand. You need to orgasm basically from prostate stimulation exclusively. That is also why it is a dry orgasm.
