CNC router/milling machine

Description: Hi all I am looking for a hobby CNC machine. Something that can sit on a table and use a dremel type spindle or have its own spindle. It MUST be able to route circuit boards and i would expect a demo of this as accuracy is of UTMOST importance for my application. It must be able to mill circuit boards, perspex/plexi and light aluminium. I will intend possibly purchasing sometime in December. Please no fancy "i want to get ALL my costs back including a profit" pricing. As South Africans we are renowned for ripping each other off and then it would be cheaper just to import the thing.
