Co-Located Server Hosting - Help Please!

Not sure where to post this, but I need advice on the following:

I have a Dell 1U Rack Mount server that I need hosted by a company offering Co-Located server hosting.

I'll need 6GB data per month and a fast connection with backup generator/battery and hopefully the thing will be up 99% of the time.

Any suggestions to get this done for under R1000 pm?
