Got it Brooklyn mall in PTA - Small sweet shop opposite mug and bean

Saw it at the Sweet shop closest to the cinemas at Monte Casino (candylicious I think) I was very intrigued, but not enough to actually buy it

Its all over the place here - in between Coke Zero and Coke. Tried it once - uuggh. I'll stick to Coke Zero.

Just not used in Coke before... its apparently a bit healthier than the Sugar.. but Life still has 18g of sugar per can, over and above the Stevia sweetener.

This is probably the miracle sweeter they were talking about a couple years back

I have started using Xylitol for my coffee from today. I hate the taste of artificial sweetner and have heard stevia also leaves a bit of a bad taste.

Xylitol really buggers up my stomach.



Not that this is necessarily true for everyone, but just a heads up.

I am aware. It actually mentions it on the bottle. My tummy was a bit looser than normal yesterday, but was certainly not buggered up. Could also just have been a coincidence I guess.

Its made with Stevia, which for me has a strange aftertaste.
Country Meat in Epson Downs (Bryanston) and Pineslopes(Fourways) stock it.
Its... meh.

In Japan, almost everything, including Coke, is sweetened with Stevia.

If you're into Noakes/Atkins, this is the sweetener you want to use.

There is sugar over and above the Stevia in the product... I go the 18g figure from somewhere, but that product page puts it at 24g

If its called "Life" because it now contains Stevia instead of sugar - Does that mean they going to call the original Coke "Death" because it still contains sugar?
