It seems this stupidity also trickles down to their employees. Called Musica yesterday asking if they have received the Dark Knight on Blu-ray yet.

Salesperson: "The Dark what?"
Kerrrang!: "The Dark Knight"
*searches on databse*
Salesperson: "No, we don't have anything called The Dark White"
Kerrang: "Um, it's The Dark Knight....with a k..."
Salesperson: *laughs* "Ohhh, i'll have a look"

some time passes

Salesperson: "Who's the artist?"
Kerrrang: "It's a movie - you know what never mind"
 
lol @ Dark White. Reminds of eons ago when I called Game and asked to be put through to the electronics section. I asked if they had NBA Jam for the Megadrive. The guy told me to hold on, next thing I know I've been put through to foods and some guy is telling me that no such jam exists.
