COD - Black Ops 2

Working through my collection of Single Player games I pick up from Steam on Special.

Pop in to MW3 from time to time,but the COD formula is just so overused by now.
It works for others maybe,but like I said,personally there are no innovation in the COD series anymore.

Also I don't do the which is better BF3 vs MW3 comparison as they are 2 totally different games.
BF3 = Simulation / Squad Base
MW3 = Arcade Style FPS

I feel a need for a COD style game as I am a Run and Gunner :) ,
but something fresh and new,built from the ground up.
 
Yeah, COD <> BF ... very different... Takes a lot of getting used to the immensely huge maps! I think BF3 is just over complicated imo... To much to setup and customize.

You playing mw3 which has weapons that have xp now??!?! So now i can upgrade a weapon from kick to geewizz or something stupid like that...

BF3 is much better than mw3 will ever be. the problem is that the cod faithful dont like getting owned, and say ja ja ja... bf3 players :D.

The setups are far easier for me in bf3 than mw3 where you have to select 3 perks,a primary a weapon attachment, a weapon specialization, a camo, a secondary weapon, a kill streak selection and it can be offensive or defensive, a death streak selection... not sure if i missed something...

If you can master that, you shouldnt have any problem with bf3 soldier specialisations...

If you are joining a metro map, then expect base rape... that is all everyone ever wants to do for whatever reason...

Black ops 2 will not be on my shopping list until it has launched and i have seen what the general consensus is... but even then i doubt i will rank up/prestige... I have done that twice, and not planning on doing it again. Price will also decide it, because in all honesty, mw3 is like bf3 premium... an expansion pack. except for R400, i get all of the extra stuff mentioned in other threads everywhere (feel like another derail is going to happen, so i will stop)...

Activision, you have one last chance, and if you fail, that will most likely be the end of the CoD range...

Judging from the trailer, the audio is fail and the same as BO...
 
lol ... If BO2 Sux, then at least I have BF3 prem to fall back on... All my buds say BF3 you only start after level 40!

olaaa Kyubi ... BO pwned MW3 sound six love! If BO2 can reproduce, then i'll be happy with that!

This!!!

I am on colonel level 69 (AKA rank 114)... 430 odd hours to get there.

but once you have all the guns unlocked it makes for some supreme fun... the thing is you have to play bf3 like the first time you play a cod campaign... slowly. even on the fast pace maps, it is still slower than cod.

BLOPS 2, make sure you dont flop too!!! :whistle:
 
Well, I'm interested to see what they do with the MP. I'm actually rather enjoying BO MP at the moment. Pity there are hardly any MW3 local servers.
 
lol ... yip!!! and how much did BO cost and MW3 ?

EDIT: I doubt I'll pre-order.... every time I did, in-store stock on release date was sufficient anyway...

battlefield 3 and getting spawn raped...the only thing i dont like about the game
