COD - Black Ops 2

Ye Kyubs - that is EXACTLY what happens to me. My Telkom line is FINALLY fixed, I buy a monster PC for BO2 only to find that I actually just rogered myself with a carrot by doing that. Awesome feeling knowing that a guy with a cheap ass PC and 3G will win every one v one encounter that I have.

Try running some downloads in the background... or install a virus.
 
Slaughter try Grey's suggestion, run a torrent while playing. See if it gets any better... but on the flip side, playing against International should be fun!

4 ReVo's played vs an international team yesterday... :D

We RAPED them. LOL it was soooo funny. We all had like red ping and they all green.

Will give it a go. Was actually talking to some other peeps about it this morning and the same suggestion came up. When the missus is on Facetube I play better. So Torrents should work a charm.... ;)
 
I've been plaing moshpit vs internationals most of the weekend... It's real nice being on the other end of lag compensation :D Used sniper most of the time and there was lag between shot and hit reg but it hits every time.
 
Well, My Hellkom line decided to longer work as of yesterday morning.... was working fine Sat till 11 pm (thats when I stopped playing), woke up and noticed my Whatsapp msgs not working (phone will uses wifi at home and not sim data)...
But managed to get Ivy online for her practice last night via the leftover data on my Tab 10.1. Lag compensation works nicely for 3G!
 
Dependency Error

Hi all,

I'm having huge problems with my Black ops II and I'm wondering if one of you knows how to help?

I'm getting a Dependency error when I try and run the Multiplayer and the solo and zombies is just hanging on an update screen (see the attached pics)

I'm also getting a weird error message when I try and install steam (see attached)

I've tried all the so called "fixes" that are available via google, etc and nothing has worked.

This happened to me a few days ago and I fixed it by uninstalling Steam and Blops2 and re-installing everything, and I only managed to re-install Steam only by coping the steam program folder from my notebook onto my pc then running the install file.

I really don't want to format my machine so any help would really be appreciated.

Last night I played some league placement matches, still got 3 more to go before I know my rank... was paired with some europeans, had 2 yellow bars which is surprisingly playable, ranked top 3 in my team in every round. Pretty sure its the only thing I'm going to play from now on.

WTF .. I get home today, rebooted my PC, went out to pick my son up, get back home... wanna play some BO2 and I get this shyte:

Got it yesterday its a steam problem, seen it on MW3 BOPS2 & Rocksmith so far, delete your game reinstall from disc & do the update.

If you buying a "monster" PC to run a game built on an engine that barely changed since 2007 then surely you are doing it wrong?

By the time I saw it was updating, it only had 20 min left... faster to let it just do its thing.... I see the same thing on my wife's Black Ops 2.... Hers finished this morning...
