Finished for me.

Took me 2 hours on Veteran

So much was happening during the missions (chatting etc) but I didn't follow most of it, just run, gun and kill.
I did get the story line and it was BRILLIANT!

So going to be a 'expansion' or something...

CoD 4 was the THE game. This new one is just a money sponge. 2 hours? That shows they just want to milk the product because of its popularity.

http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/ps3/modernwarfare2 have a look at this. Confusion as the user score is 4.9, the critics 96? :/ This was at the time when I last checked.

2 hours, no wonder you did not enjoy the game that much. just run and gun to finish the game????
It took me 5-6 hours en enjoyed it, some parts remind me of older games but over all, pretty good.

I don't think the game is good enough for the R500 on SP only

the game is brilliant, no other fps comes close to user gameplay gfx and storey line, hellova lot of work went into this game, and it does have multiplayer and co - op, you just have to have a better internet connection, and yes its worth the bandwidth and the R451 if youre a serious Call of Duty fan

Did anybody get the stats on how much it uses for an hour of play?

Roughly about 30-35MB per hour.

Well its a double DVD of app 11gig. Imagine trying to do that with my iBurst, Would cost me R1000 to down - rather go buy two originals!

Is the game well optimized for PC. That is normally a good indicator of how much effort is put into the game?
