COD4: Rename

Can you rename your character / profile from within COD4 without having to create a new one?

I saw this happen yesterday on a server (just as a new round started) so I know it can happen, but does anyone know how?

Yea, just go to MP options and change your name. Can't do it in COD:WAW

Or press the “~” button to bring up the console then type /name INSERTYOURNAMEHERE then enter. To add color.... Well that’s another thread.
