It was R160 at the end of Jan for a bag of beans at the Woolies, has this changed?

If you want good coffee, find a decent roastery and don't buy pre-packaged stuff, e.g. Woolworths.
Living where we do, decent dark roast coffee beans are hard to find, and I have always bought the Woolies Dark roast when we drive to a bigger centre to shop (a 300 km round-trip).
I will now try a company called Ambeans for my next bulk order, as they will ship free for orders over R300
But their Espresso blend is R 352.00 / kg. Ouch.

Yes, it hurts, But I still save money as they will courier me the coffee for free if I order more at least R300 per order.
It's still a cheaper alternative for us, compared to driving to and from a bigger center (our nearest town with a coffee roaster is Robertson, WC) which is a 140 km round-trip
Look at Barusch someone posted earlier. They charge a courier or postage fee but prices are great.
And you recommend?
What coffee beans/brands aren't not imported? All imported coffee will probably increase sharply in price due to the weak Rand.
Only 2 I know of are Assagay and Beaver Creek in KZN, Assagay is crap, tried it a couple of times, don't know about Beaver CreekWhat coffee beans/brands aren't not imported?
