I was under the impression that coke contains the most sugar.
Whenever there is a "look how much sugar", it is always coke.
I saw a table on facebook where fanta grape is on top of the sugar list.

Is this facebook list correct?

I do believe it is, but why don't you just go buy yourself a Coke and a Fanta and read the label?

Actually you don't even need to buy them to do that.

It's ultimately irrelevant though because Coke still has a **** load of sugar, even though Fanta might trump it.

Yes, that's the one. How come Appletiser is also on this list.

Why wouldn't it? It's also a softdrink.

The WHO recently recommended cutting down to 25g of added sugar a day (excludes naturally-occurring sugar like fruit and veg, milk, honey) so most of these drinks would be a problem.

Guys, sugar isn't necessarily a bad thing, it always depends if you overdose on it, which counts for EVERYTHING.

They don't dump heaps of sugar into the soft drinks, thats just a way to display energy content.

Hell even pizza would show up with "sugar spoons".

So if I want a drink... other than water.... I should drink Fuze Iced Tea?

What on earth are you talking about? Go have a look at the ingredients on a can of coke, sugar is the second most abundant ingredient (after carbonated water)

Its just a moderation thing If you want a coke then drink one but preferably with a meal and buy a can instead of a 500ml and limit it dont drink 3 a day.

One study I read said one can of softdrink can increase your diabetes risk by 22% .
